So today Ethan pulled a fast one and proved he can be a big boy too (much to his parent's fright and chagrin). We put Ethan down for his afternoon nap but he fussed and fought it just like he always does. All of sudden we hear a loud THUMP! from his bedroom and Ethan started crying differently. I thought he had just fallen over in his crib and bonked his head against the one of the rails but when I went into his room I found Ethan on the floor!!! He had crawled completely out of his crib! We just aren't ready for this yet but I guess we have to adapt to his schedule. Needless to say we converted his crib to a toddler bed and now he loves it.
